The Palkuntah project has a total of 51 hectares (126 acres).
The land is titled and is registered in the name of Alicia Gomez Gutierrez.
Palkuntah is leasing one hectare lots for a period of 100 years,
renewable every 100 years for 1,000 pesos.
Each lessor will be responsible for the portion of annual land tax relating
to their percentage of stewardship of Palkuntah.
These lease contracts are notarized, and the registered land owner
is forbidden to sell or place leans against any part of the property.
Palkuntah is offering renewable long term leases on one hectare lots
for $5.00 US cash per square meter - $50,000 per hectare.
Example: One hectare (10,000 square meters, 2.47 acres), US$6.00/meter
